If you’re interested in astral travel, Garden of Pomegranates/Scrying on the Tree of Life is an excellent book to get you started. You’ll find correspondences and also very helpful and (what I consider) guided meditations.

I’ve done all the guided meditations at least twice by reading them and visualizing as I read. But I downloaded the audio book to do them in a meditative state.
The first meditation went really great and I’m excited to do the meditations again listening to them being read. I think I want to do illustrations based on this go on the journey
I actually fell asleep listening to the book the other night and had strange dreams about astral temples and walking in the astral realm. I woke up feeling empowered but I need to revisit what I slept through because I want to consciously experience the meditations
