Tarot Forecast April 12, 2015 – April 18, 2015

The overall energy of the week is the Seven of Pentacles. The Seven of Pentacles shows a man working hard to grow his garden. He knows that if he takes good care of it, he will have an abundant harvest but its hard work. It’s the 15th week of the year so the numerology for the week is 6: a number of communication. Use the determined nature of Aries to work hard to overcome communication problems that are holding back your growth. It’s a good time to “weed the garden” so to speak as the new moon approaches on Saturday.

Note: I was in the hospital last week and it really slowed everything down with the forecast. I apologize for not having the pictures up with the forecast in time.  Also, I’m thinking of discontinuing the journal pages because only a few people download them every week. If you like the journal pages, leave a comment and let me know.  If I get enough of a response, I’ll continue to do them. If only a few people respond, I may offer a subscription to weekly journal pages for a small fee.

Nine of CupsSunday 4/12/15 9 of Cups
Numerology: 6
Moon Enters Aquarius at 1:44 PM EST
The 9 of Cups is a card that shows a man who has achieved everything that he wanted to achieve. This is why it’s called the wish card “the wish card” and when it appears, it’s a good sign that your wishes are well on the way to coming true. Don’t forget to look back and take pride in everything you’ve accomplished. You may feel particularly ambitious today with the Moon in Aquarius driving you to do whatever it takes to live the life you want to live. This is amplified by the determined Sun in Aries and the Moon squaring Mercury, which may leave you feeling a little restless. The Moon makes a sextile with Saturn, reminding you to accept what you have to do in order to get to the place you want to be. The numerology of the day is 6, the same number for the week. Communication is key making your dreams work today.
#Mantra: I’ve come a long way and I can go even further.

king of SwordsMonday 4/12/15 King of Swords
Numerology: 7
Moon in Aquarius
The King of Swords is a staunch, practical intellectual. He calls for you to use a practical approach to the desires for freedom set in motion by the Moon in Aquarius. This is amplified by the Moon making a sextile with Uranus, driving your urge to break the mold. The Moon also squares Mars and makes an opposition with Jupiter which fuels the fire for impulsive behavior. The King of Swords understands this but reminds us that every successful jailbreak is a result of a very well thought out plan. The number of the day is 7, shedding light on the need discard parts of old plans that may not be in our best favor.
Mantra: There is a way out, I just need a plan to get there.

Two of WandsTuesday 4/14/15 2 of Wands
Numerology: 8
Moon Void of Course at 3:45 PM EST
Moon enters Pisces at 4:12 PM
The Two of Wands is a card of planning and preparation. You desire freedom and you can get there and now it’s time to draw up the road map. The Moon in Pisces will give you the ability to dream but make sure to focus on turning those dreams into a reality. The Moon makes a sextile with the Sun, helping you get in flow with the direction you need to take. If your plans involve other people, the Moon’s trine with Mercury will help open channels of communication and help you put your mind in a future thinking perspective. Mercury enters Taurus so be careful and try not to overthink things. There’s still a little bit of sensitive energy hanging around when the Moon squares Venus and Saturn. If you have a bad case of the “I can’ts”, work through it and know that the only way to bring about change is to take action. Accept that even though you’re not where you want to be, appreciate where you are now. The Moon is waning, however, so you may feel your energy levels are low so don’t forget to take rests and breaks when you need them. The numerology for the day is 8, reminding us that we can manifest and create our own prosperity with the right amount of planning.
Mantra: I have a plan, I have the whole world in my hands.

Two of Swords0002Wednesday 4/15/15 Four of Swords
Numerology: 9
Moon Void of Course at 5:37 PM EST
When the Moon goes void of course, it’s a good time to rest, which is exactly what the Four of Swords recommends you do. You’ve spent the past few days facing a lot of challenges and making plans to change your life. Now it’s time to take a breather. Venus makes an opposition to Saturn, reminding you to sit back and enjoy how beautiful change can be. The Moon is conjunct Neptune encouarging you to use this down time to cultivate compassion for yourself and others. The Moon makes a sextile with Pluto, so while taking time to cultivate compassion for yourself, emotional issues you have that you may be ignoring can come to the surface. Don’t fight it. Feel them and let them pass. Meditation is a great tool for this. The Moon makes a sextile with Mars, asking you to take time to recharge your physical health. This is a day to take a leisurely walk, indulge in healthy food and go to bed early. The numerology of the day is 9, reminding you that you’ve done a lot of hard work, this cycle is almost over and it’s time to rest.
Mantra: I deserve a break.

8 of SwordsThursday 4/16/15 8 of Swords
Numerology: 1(0)
Moon Enters Aries at 5:00 PM EST
The 8 of Swords shows a woman who is refusing to take the blindfold off and see that she is her own captive. The Moon in Aries encourages us to take action to meet our goals. The rest you took while the Moon was void of course was much needed, but once the Moon enters Aries, it’s time to get moving again. Pluto goes retrograde at 11:51 PM, amplifying the desire to hide from change but unless you have Pluto in your chart, this energy won’t be a major player in your life. However, the numerology of the day is 1(0), calling for you to end and begin this new cycle with confidence and clear intent.
Mantra: I can overcome my fears.

TemperanceFriday 4/17/15 Temperance
Numerology: 2
Moon in Aries
Temperance calls for us to find a perfect balance between light and dark, masculine and feminine, aggression and passivity. True harmony is a perfect balance of all of these and today is a day to cultivate that balance. The Moon makes a sextile with Venus, creating the perfect atmosphere for cultivating this balance through appreciation of the arts and nature. The Moon also makes a trine with Jupiter, bringing peace and harmony in business. The Moon square Pluto, bringing jealousy to the forefront but use the energy of temperance to balance out that yucky feeling. Mars squares Jupiter, reminding us to promote harmony, even against our rivals. Ironically enough, the numerology of the day is two, emphasizing the importance of balance in all aspects of life.
Mantra: Through obtaining balance, I find peace.

Two of Swords0003Saturday 4/18/15 Two of Pentacles
Numerology: 3
New Moon at 2:57PM EST
Moon Void of Course at 2:57 PM EST
Moon Enters Taurus at 5:31 PM EST
Sometimes the juggling acts we perform daily between work, home, family, friends, lovers, hobbies, passions, etc can leave us feeling exhausted. It’s New Moon again and it’s time to take out the garbage again. What are you juggling that makes you feel hectic and stressed? Are there parts of this act that you don’t need? If so, take those things out to the cosmic curb and ditch them. Some of the things you juggle may be too big to let go of at once and if that’s the case, break those things down into small components and let go of them gradually. The Moon is conjunct with the sun at 2:57 PM EST, creating a harmonious atmosphere for the rest of the afternoon. The New Moon in Aries (the first sign of the Zodiac) signals fresh beginnings as the energy from last week’s eclipse fades. In numerology, the day is a 3, encouraging you to use your intuition to know what you need in your life and what you don’t.
Mantra: By simplifying my life, I invite harmony in.
