It’s the 19th week of the year and the card of the week is the 4 of Swords. My feeling isthat a lot of these challenges will be out of your control but what you can control is how you react to them. However, it doesn’t mean that you won’t feel exhausted or even helpless at times. That’s why the 4 of Swords appears as a sign that you need to take a break. Have the courage to step back and remove yourself from situations when you feel drained and give yourself a minute to recover. Get lots of sleep, drink lots of water and eat a healthy diet this week because you need to feel good in order to feel good about your life when life throws your curve balls.
