Tarot Weekly Forecast for the week of February 8, 2015 – February 14, 2015

One of my goals in 2015 for Magdalena Tarot is to transform this blog from a purely personal blog into something also contains useful information for my readers. One way I can do this is by offering a weekly Tarot forecast. Each day features a one card reading that will let you know the energies that are abound. Please comment and let me know if you found this useful or if you have any suggestions for how to improve this idea. And if you’d like to find out more about what your week goes, you can book a reading here.

The MoonThe overall energy of this week is the Moon. Every day we’re faced with deception whether it be in the media or in our personal lives. The goal is to know the difference between what’s real and what’s an illusion. Be aware of times when you may need to remove the rose colored glasses. The sun is also in Aquarius so don’t let your fears eclipse your who you really are and what you want out of life.

The LoversSunday: The Lovers
With Valentine’s Day just around the corner, Sunday is a day for lovers. The moon moves into Libra at 6:58 AM. Libra is ruled by Venus and so is the lovers card so it’s a great time to communicate with lovers, friends and partners of all types. The more love you give, the more you’ll recieve.

Knight of PentaclesMonday: Knight of Pentacles
It’s a good time to reflect on your financial goals as the moon goes void of course at 6:58, preparing to move into Scorpio at 2:05 AM on Tuesday. It’s also the last day of Mercury retrograde, which is also an excellent time for reflection. When Mercury retrograde is over, everything that was delay will begin to pick up. Ask yourself, “What are my financial goals? What are my career goals?” Take some time to journal about where you’d like to be financially or career wise in the next two to three months. Reassess and re-evaluate your goals.

The WorldTuesday: The World
What a great card to pull on the Day when Mercury goes direct! The World, ruled by Saturn, is symbolic of the beauty of the cyclical nature of beginnings and endings. The Saturn influence reminds us of the trials we experienced during Mercury retrograde and what we can learn from them. It’s time to finally drop all that cosmic garbage you’re finished with, leave it on the curb and set your sites on new beginnings. The moon moves into Scorpio, which is a sign that can represent death – more of a reason to get rid of what you don’t need.

Seven of CupsWednesday: Seven of Cups
The Seven of Cups is a card of daydreaming. Dreams help keep life fresh and interesting but sometimes dreams can leave us feeling disillusioned or even frustrated. With the Antiquarian influence, our dreams may seem so outlandish that it may feel we can never attain them. This can lead to the dark, depressive side of Scorpio, or we can choose the reverse side of Scorpio and pursue our dreams with passion now that Mercury is direct again. The choice is up to us.

ThurThe Hanged Mansday: Hanged Man
The moon goes void of course at 12:32 AM, which can leave us feeling suspended in the Scorpio energy. That can be good or bad, depending on which side of Scorpio is influencing your emotions. During this period of “hanging out”, it’s good to take the opportunity to see things from a different angle. Ask yourself, “How can I get where I want to go?” If you’re feeling stuck, now is a good time to consider creative solutions to moving forward and maintaining balance in your life. Your confidence will bounce back when the Moon moves into Sagittarius at 11:46 AM.

The EmperorFriday: The Emperor
The Emperor is a card that signals stability and solid foundations. With the moon in Sagittarius, you’ll feel more confident and ready to do what it takes to get yourself moving towards all the hopes and dreams you experienced during the Seven of Cups. Be the ruler of your life and plan wisely. You have the power to be the master of your own destiny. As any wise ruler would do, make your roadmap and plan before you take any action.

Nine of PentaclesSaturday: 9 of Pentacles
Moon goes void of course at 10:15 AM and enters Capricorn at 5:24. You may feel a sudden surge of confidence that calls for you to go out and be independent. This is especially good for singles on Valentine’s who are looking for love. You will have the confidence and drive to go out, meet new people and have fun!
