Tarot Forecast 9/27/15 – 9/3/15

MT FB

This week is the 41st week of the year and the card of the week is the 4 of Swords. In numerology 4+1 = 5 and 5 is a number of overcoming adversity. And there is going to be a lot of it with the themes of the Blood Super Harvest Full Moon in Aries. The message for the week is “To overcome adversity, let whatever happens happen.” The things that are going to end are meant to end and there’s nothing you can do to stop it. So step back and look at things from a different view. Instead of fighting to hold on, accept and move on. A few weeks ago I talked about building a house and laying a foundation and that anything that crumbles is because it wasn’t built to last. That message is amplified due to all the crazy things going on with this eclipse. There’s no way that you’re going to get what you’re after unless you learn to let go of the psychological and spiritual junk in your life to make room for it. Mercury is still in retrograde, the cosmic house cleaner, so take that garbage to the curb and be done with it.

A LOT has happened in the past two weeks that is pretty monumental – Pope Francis’ historic visit to the US, Yom Kipper, Eid and the Fall Equinox. Something big also happened for me: I went blind for 3 days. It was frightening but like the 4 of Swords, I was forced to meditate in darkness and do nothing at all. Through this, I took a good look at my life and what needs to change, another theme of the eclipse. So I apologize for not doing the forecast last week but I literally could not see anything and I was in massive amounts of pain. Some of my loyal followers found out about it because I wasn’t really advertising it and sent words of encouragement, which really helped. Thank you for valuing my work, it means a lot to me ❤ In all honesty, because my vision of future sight is very much tied to my mundane vision, I feel like for whatever reason, I wasn’t supposed to give the forecast last week so everyone could focus on the present. And what better card for staying in the present than the 4 of Swords?

There’s another aspect of this eclipse that I want to discuss. It ties in a lot with my Qabalah studies and I’m going to try my best to simplify the explanation. This eclipse has a lot of Binah energy – the energy of the Crone; the Terrible Mother; the great destroyer. It’s happening in Aries which is ruled by Mars, and this, along with the work I’ve upheaval and destruction in the name of rebirth. It’s not going to be easy because birth is painful. But the outcome is a fresh, new beginning; the fruits of your creation being placed in your arms. Ironically enough, the day after the eclipse, NASA has a big announcement about Mars (funny because the Moon is in Mars ruled Aries). I speculate its life on Mars or ruins of an ancient civilization, but we’ll find out tomorrow. Whatever it is, it will probably shake things up a bit so we’re going to see effects on a global and interpersonal level reverberating for a while.

So to sum things up, remain in the present, no matter how chaotic things get. Because you will find the answers to everything you seek in the here and now.

EmperorSunday 9/27/15 The Emperor
Numerology: 8
Lunar Eclipse 7:50 PM PST
Harvest Moon
Full Moon
Super Moon
Blood Moon
4th Full Moon Eclipse.
Last Lunar eclipse until 2023
The card of the day is the Emperor, ruled by Aries. Interestingly enough, the eclipse tonight happens in Mars ruled Aries. The Emperor appears to tell us what traditionally masculine energy we need to tap into to remain grounded and balanced in this time of sometimes violent and disruptive change. He is the compliment to the Empress, the one that calms the wrath of the Terrible Mother. He is a representation of the Great Father and he protects his children. He helps rebuild when things fall apart. He is everything a good father is: wise, caring, loving and at times, stern. Turn to your father figures to guide you through this time. Beside this gigantic eclipse at 7:50 PM PST, we have a minor transit at 1:39 PM PST: Moon trine Saturn. You will be given the chance to take a sobering look at your life and find the inner strength to overcome any obstacles that this eclipse may be stirring up. One of the biggest parts of this eclipse is showing you the parts of yourself that need to change. Humble yourself and accept the wisdom of knowing this. The number of the day is 8, reminding you that you are the ruler of your own life.
Mantra: I am in complete control.

Ace of WandsMonday 9/28/15 Ace of Wands
Numerology: 9
Moon in Aries
The card of the day is the Ace of Wands brings breakthroughs. Take action now! End what is holding you back and dragging you down. You’re better than that and you deserve more. The Moon is still in fiery Aries, giving you the energy you need to tie up your lose ends. Since the theme of this week is action by non-action, if something is ending, simply let it be. The Moon opposite Mercury will bring the conflict you need to take a good look at yourself and find out what’s working for you and what’s not. Since this aspect happens early in the morning when the people in the Western Hemisphere are asleep, the messages may come to you in dreams. Write those dreams downs and pay attention to them. They will provide useful information that will help you move forward. The Moon square Pluto at 8:56 AM PST may bring outbursts but any emotional confrontations are indications of what’s bubbling under the surface and making your blood boil. The Moon’s occultation with Uranus will shine light on how you’ve been deceiving yourself and give you a reality check. The number of the day is 9, a number of endings.
Mantra: Everything ends.

TowerTuesday 9/29/15 The Tower
Numerology: 1(0)
Moon Void of Course 12:45 AM PST
Moon enters Taurus 11:57 AM PST
Keeping with the theme “with destruction comes rebirth”, the Tower is the Ultimate destruction card in the deck. As my loyal readers may, when I pull the Tower, the effects are delayed a couple of days. I’m thinking that we won’t even see the impact of this card until Thursday because the card I pulled for that day is the 8 of Cups: walking away. But back to the present. Moon trine Venus, an aspect of love and beauty, occurs at 12:45 AM PST, bringing a peaceful night to those in the Western Hemisphere. However, you may be asked to stand your ground once the early evening rolls around with Moon trine Mars at 4:51 PST. It’s time to let the leader in you show through and draw some boundaries. The Moon in Taurus makes people quite bull headed so you may find yourself up against someone who is unrelenting in their actions. If your boundaries displease this person, it may cause a total collapse of what isn’t working for you. Let it happen; the Tower has to fall. To verify that this is a time for things to end and begin, the number of the day is 1(0).
Mantra: Don’t look at this as the end, look at this as the beginning.

Queen of SwordsWednesday 9/30/15 Queen of Swords
Numerology: 2(0)
Moon in Taurus
The card of the day is the practical, analytical Queen of Swords. She is also a great communicator, and this is exactly the energy needed for today. The Moon is still in the bullheaded sign of Taurus but Taurus can be swayed by appealing to the side of it that appreciates love, art and beauty. The Moon sextile Neptune at 12:15 PM PST will make you susceptible to other’s moods. By 5:15 AM PST, Moon trine Jupiter will bring harmony to your early morning hours. Sun conjunct Mercury at 7:38 AM PST will require you to plan carefully and communicate clearly in order to navigate the day ahead. Moon trine Pluto will bring intense sensitivity by the late evening hours but this will lead to release. The number of the day is 2, reminding us that keeping a balanced, level head is key to coping with changes.
Mantra: By staying in the present, I remain calm.

8 of cupsThursday 10/1/15 8 of Cups
Numerology: 1(0)
Moon Void of Course 3:44 AM PST
Moon Enters Gemini 1:03 PM PST
The card of the day is the 8 of Cups, a card that shows a woman walking away from everything she’s built because she knows that it does not serve her anymore. Sticking with the theme of the weeks, this is appropriate and I suspect that this is also the day that the Tower energy from Tuesday will start to show. If you do not chose to walk away, you may be forced to walk away. The good news is that the Moon enters Gemini in the early afternoon, brining you the ability to see both the pros and the cons of leaving behind things that you are attached to. Moon square Venus early in the morning may leave you feeling sentimental but also affectionate. The Moon opposite Saturn at 2:53 PM PST may bring some disruptions that will illuminate what you need to let go of. Moon square Mars at 8:30 PM PST will only rub salt in the sore spots and by the time Moon trine Mercury occurs at 10:08 PM PST, you may find yourself turning to your support system to help you through difficult feelings. The number of the day is 1(0) a number telling you that the trials you’ve faced are calling for you to leave behind what you don’t need.
Mantra: In order to grow, I must let go.

3 of PentaclesFriday 10/2/15 3 of Pentacles
Numerology: 2
Moon in Gemini
The card of the day is the Three of Pentacles. With your foundation being rocked this week, the Three of Pentacles is a refreshing card that shows you where your strengths are. The foundations of the parts of your life that are not serving you are crumbling and you can now see what your strengths are. Build upon these foundations, because these are the things that were meant to last. All in all, the aspects for the day are favorable. Moon square Neptune at 1:58 AM PST may distort your reality but the majority of the people in the Western hemisphere will be asleep so it may just show itself as strange dreams that don’t make a lot of sense. At 4:16 AM PST, Moon trine Sun will bring harmony and flow to you whether you are asleep or awake. Moon square Jupiter at 8:06 AM PST may leave you feeling confident but try your best not to talk yourself up too much because it could put others off. At 9:31 PM PST, Moon sextile Uranus will leave you in the mood for excitement. Do something fun and out of the ordinary tonight and you’ll discover what’s been missing. The Moon is in the playful sign of Gemini so you’re sure to have a good time. The number of the day is 2, reminding you that even though you’ve gone through some tough stuff this week, there’s a positive side to everything.
Mantra: I am thankful for what I have.

6 of Pentacles RxSaturday 10/3/15 6 of Pentacles (reversed)
Numerology: 3
Moon Void of Course 10:18 AM PST
Moon Enters Cancer 5:22 PM PST
The Six of Pentacles Reversed shines light on one sided relationships. Did you lend money to someone and they never paid you back? Do you feel like you’re providing emotional support to a partner but not getting anything in return? Do you feel like you’re being cheated at your job, working long, hard hours but not being taken care of by your company? These are all questions that the Six of Pentacles brings to the forefront. If you answered yes to any of these questions, it’s time to think about riding yourself of these toxic relationships. Moon sextile Venus will bring these revelations to you peacefully as you indulge in the beauty and comfort of the world around you. On a mundane note, it’s a great day to clean house and get rid of physical stuff you don’t need. But by late night, Moon square Mercury will bring problems with communication and require you to take a passive role as a listener. Whoever turns to you for help is ready to talk your ear off. If you are the person seeking help, make sure you keep the feelings of the person offering support by being courteous and engaging them by not making your venting all about you. The number of the day is 3, a number signaling union and birth.
Mantra: I find unity through balance.
