It’s the 52nd week of the year and the card of the week is the 2 of Cups. The 2 of Cups is a card of partnerships and love. This is a time to reconnect with those that you’ve had a falling out with; to forgive and forget. Venus trine Jupiter at 5:23 Am PST is one of the most lovely transits in all of the combinations. This transit brings the kind of comfort and joy that makes this time of year so wonderful. Although you may not get much done, this is a lucky transit that brings peace and harmony to all. Venus sextile Uranus at 8:35 AM PST will bring an exciting break from the norm, which is quite understandable with the buzzing excitement of the holidays in the Western world. This transit brings connections with new friends, flirty flings and life changing revelations. Venus sextile Saturn at 10:33 AM PST calls for us to be of service to our loved ones. This is a good transit to connect with your elders and to express your love through beauty and creativity. The card of the day is the Hanged Man. It’s back on the grind until New Year’s when we have another holiday coming right at us. It’s that strange week in the year between Christmas and New Year’s when the world is in peaceful suspension and we are able to see life differently because many people put aside differences and come together. If you’re looking for a different perspective, this is the week to find it. Moon square Mars at 6:16 AM PST could leave you feeling pugnacious and quarrelsome. Try to take those feelings out positively through exercise or journaling about your feelings. Jupiter opposition Uranus at 10:32 AM PST will bring great relief. Moon conjunct Saturn at 1:11 PM PST could bring an energy drop so if you’re feeling isolated or pessimistic, reach out to someone and find that connection you’re looking for. The energy of Saturn is strong today. The New Moon in Capricorn during Mercury Retrograde at the end of a 9 year’s message is clear. This is one of the last chances we will have to ditch everything limiting us. Anything holding you back needs to be left in the dark so the upcoming 1 year will find us getting off to a fresh start. Sun conjunct Mercury at 10:47 AM PST will bring new experiences in all areas of life ruled by Mercury – communication, writing and intellectual pursuits. But things are a bit backwards due to the retrograde season so these new beginnings will only be available to you by letting go of something rather than starting something new. Moon conjunct Pluto at 4:11 PM PST brings intense emotions, overwhelming feelings and obsession. Moon square Uranus at 11:19 PM PST could leave you feeling rebellious and thirsty for change. The Moon is in the sign of the strict teacher, Capricorn, so the revelations today may not be pleasant but they are lessons that must be learned. The Moon is void of course until 5:29 PM PST so until then, let whatever happens happen. Then the Moon will enter the revolutionary sign of Aquarius. What a strange combination to end the year on. The 10 of Pentacles is a card that appears when you’re feeling less than abundant. 2016 was such a hard year for everyone. So instead of feeling down because of all the things that you didn’t achieve, be happy for the things that you did achieve. You’re still here, you’re still breathing and that’s something to be proud of. You’ve survived. And at midnight, you’ll be able to stand on top of the mountain that was 2016 and the end of the 10 year period in numerology of building. 2017 is a time for rebirth. It’s a time to know that we’re not alone. That there are people who have gone through the same things you have. All the trials, tribulations, tears, smiles and fears. You are not alone. And we are all here together. Mars conjunct Neptune at 10:53 PM PST may find you feeling out of sorts as the Mars ego clashes with the denile of Neptune.
